About DOC

Expertise
Only the best make the U.S. Olympic team – and the same holds true for its physicians. When American athletes take to the world stage, a rare breed of physician is entrusted to their care. DOC is proud that two of our physicians were chosen by the United States Olympic Committee to lead the medical staffs at Olympic and Paralympic competitions in Barcelona, Athens, Atlanta and Torino, Italy.

And their participation doesn't stop there. Other DOC physicians have served as team physician to U.S. Olympic Ski Team, medical director of the two top rodeo organizations in the world and as team physician for the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Freeze.

Locally, our physicians serve the Highland Park, Dallas ISD, Richardson ISD schools and Parish Episcopal.

Other DOC honors include "Best Doctor" awards in America, Texas and Dallas as well as Outstanding Teacher honors from UT Southwestern Medical School.

Innovation.
The practice embraces leading-edge technology both in-office and as part of the Texas Institute for Surgery, located on the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas campus.

Education.
A well-informed patient is likely to recover faster with less risk of re-injury. DOC offers in-depth educational information at the office and online.

DOC physicians are also heavily involved in the education of orthopedic residents and athletic trainers.
